HOLIDAY RATES
$300 per night for up to 6 guests, $10 for each additional guest up to 11 maximum. Holiday rates apply to Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. A three night minimum stay is required.

OTHER FEES
RV Hook up w/electricity $15 per night
Pets are welcome. One-time fee $30

State sales & accomodation taxes of 11.3% plus a one-time non-refundable housekeeping/cleaning charge of $100 are added to all amounts.

RESERVATIONS: We recommend making your reservations early. Once our rental season begins it is very difficult to make changes, but we will try to accomodate you.

Your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed upon;

-Advance payment of 1/3 of your total due upon booking your reservation, with full balance due no less than 60 days prior to arrival. This amount includes rent, housekeeping, taxes and any other fees.

-Rental Agreement signed and returned.

CANCELLATIONS:

60 (sixty) days notice: 100% refund of advance payment.
21 (twenty-one) days notice: Refund less a 10% service fee.
Less than 21 days notice: No refund offered. (You may be offered a refund, less 10% based on our ability to re-rent the cancelled dates on short notice.)

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is officially 4 PM. Check out is 11AM.
We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures whenever possible.

A FEW RULES: This is a strictly NON-SMOKING private home. It is not a party house. We have year round neighbors and must be considerate. Please follow all posted notices such as fire restrictions. All members in your party must strictly obey the 5 mph speed limit.

ACCESS: Our facility has no wheelchair accessibility due to its beachfront environment.

MINIMUM AGE: You must be 25 years of age or older to rent our facility. No exceptions.
